• Skate/BMX Park is unattended. Skate or ride at your own risk . Users under the age of 12 must be supervised by a parent or guardian while using the facility.

• Skate/BMX Park is open daily from 8:00 am to sunset. Hours subject to change due to adverse weather, maintenance, special events and scheduled activities. Entering after hours is considered trespassing and may result in trespass citation and seizure of equipment.

• Know your abilities and skate/ride within them. Exercise common sense and general courtesy to other users. Only one rider per board or bike. Be alert of other skaters and bikes.

• Securely strapped helmets are required . Kneepads, elbow pads and wrist guards highly recommended.

• No waxing rails.

• Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times.

• No skating or riding when surface is wet or icy.

• No pets, glass, food or drink allowed in skating area. Alcohol, tobacco and drugs also prohibited.

• Be respectful of other riders. No profanity, abusive language or fighting.

• No modifications (ramps, jumps, other obstacles, etc.) to the skating surface. Graffiti will result in closing the facility.

• Violation of park rules will result in expulsion from the facility and possible suspension of future park use.
