Within Santa Monica, go to intersection of 7th and Washington Avenue. North on Washington Avenue look for day laborer pickup spot. Ditch is across the street. Park in day laborer parking lot and run across street. It's not a bust, but bring a broom because there is frequently broken glass from drunks sleeping under the street in the culvert.

Additional Information
This is a cool ditch in central Santa Monica. It's been in a couple of magazines in the nineties, but I guess ditch skating went out of vogue after that. The Venice locals skate it a lot and you can usually ask them for directions.
There are usually curbs and other props around the sides, but if you have a truck, bring your own stuff. The city will sometimes take away the parking blocks, even if they're liquid-nailed down!
I've been there a few times and always had a blast!
