This corner of the parking lot has a nice 6-foot long flat bank at about 25-degrees and a yellow slappy curb on top. The concrete around is butter smooth, recently paved. Facing the bank is another longer, more gentle version without the curb (but there are curbs nearby that you can slide over if you like them). About thirty feet away is a 5-stair with an easy rail on the left and a wide hubba on the right. The stairs dump out into a broad open flat area. Across the parking lot are a few walkways that are passable manual pads...some have a few ledges next to them. The place is heavily waxed but not heavily sessioned. Every hour or so the gangbangers will roll through and shoot at you if they don't recognize you so be careful.
