| | Skate Park Policies & Rules
This Skate Park is a skate at your own risk facility. T The 'street-course' is non-supervised and was designed for skateboarding and in-line skating only.
Skateboarding and in-line skating are high-risk activities. Wearing of a helmet, kneepads, elbow pads, and wrist guards are strongly recommended---Know your ability level and ride with care.
The park has been designed for all skill levels. Please be courteous to other people using the facility. Use of foul language or gestures may result in removal from the park.
The Maui Family YMCA, County of Maui, and/or Maui
Police Department may at any time remove persons from the facility not following posted park rules.
No litter, graffiti, alcohol, smoking, or food allowed in the skating area.
No bicycles, motorized vehicles, scooters, or other wheeled devices allowed within the skate park without prior approval from the YMCA. Special bicycle riding reservations are available through the YMCA. Call 242-9007.
No skating when surface is wet or while it is raining.
No pets in the skate park
No competitive or demonstration events are allowed with out prior approval of the Maui Family YMCA and/or County Parks and Recreation Department.
Skate Park may be subject to closure during special events including, but not limited to; competitions, birthday party reservations, YMCA skate camps, periodic maintenance, and other. For more information contact the Maui Family YMCA at 242-9007.
*The Maui Family YMCA and The County of Maui, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be responsible for any accident, injury, loss of property or damage resulting from use of the park by any individual, group, or organization.
