The Ryan's buffet and KFC parking lots (they're next to each other) in Warner Robins. They're pretty close to the old Houston Mall by the EDIMGIAFAD sign spelled out with bushes.
There's a 2 stair on the deck of Ryan's, and most of the parking lot is in OK condition. Also there's a l-o-n-g waist-high rail on the handicap ramp. Anyhow, there's this crappy grass thing about the size of a 5 or small 6 stair between the two parking lots that you could probably ollie if you took the time to move all the pebbles. It gradually degresses if you can't ollie anything big so that's ok. Iunno if the people there will kick you out or not as I've never seen anyone skate there, so I would try to make your trips short.
