They're two schools (middle and high) so unless you wanna get thrown out I wouldn't recommend skating on the week.
I know WR Middle has a 5 stair and some other stairs, and last time I went there it was under renovation so there was some stray rails here and there. Also behind the 8th grade wing there's some random drainage holes (to skate over, not in) and by the end of the trailers (not the end by the gym) there's a 3(?) stair. Also random hand rails and curbs everywhere.
WR High has this little sidewalk that alsmot could pass as a super miniramp with curbs as copings. There's also brick planters in this courtyard place. There's even this fenced in place with air conditioner units that looks as if they wanted us to skate there but fenced it in. The fence itself is plastic i think....:)
