It's on the 4 way intersection on Margie in Warner Robins. The spot itself is a heating/cooling/packaging company. I forgot the name but the sign has a penguin on it. It's on the dock in front of the store.
One spot has a 3 stair, then another set of four. Then a 4 foot ledge. Each thing is about 20 feet apart, and there's hardly any people there. I know the business is still open, but I hardly ever see people there, even business people.
