You gotta catch the MTR red line till you get to the MEI FOO station. From their find the exit to Lai Chi Kok park, which is right outside one of the exits. Its easier to go through toward the KCR and get out before the third set of escalators. Then you walk toward the highway, ask or look for signs pointing to the basketball courts or the skate arena. then have fun.
Gets puddles for a few days after rain storms coz the water builds up underneath the ramps and spills out when you land on the ramp but its still skateable
